Regional Vehicle Control Station

The Company has the Regional Vehicle Control Station under the auspices of the Motor Transport Institute (MTI). The state of art technical and measuring equipment with the European standard authorizes to render the services in the field of technical tests of vehicles.

The Vehicle Control Station runs the business activity based on the Permission No. NOL-01 issued by the Poviat Starosty in Olsztyn.

According to the licenses, the Station NOL-01 is the vehicle control station with the basic scope of technical tests for vehicle in category A B CC D T E extended for testing vehicles in the range c.d.e.f.

The station carries out the following technical tests:
A – motorcycles and motorbikes
B – motor vehicles with a MAM not exceeding 3,5 t (i.e. passenger cars and delivery vans),
C –  motor vehicles with a MAM exceeding 3.5 t to 16 t or
CC – motor vehicles with a MAM exceeding 3.5 t
D – buses with a MAM  exceeding 3.5 t
T – farm tractors
E – trailers in combination with the motor vehicles which can be tested by the station, as listed in the license,
c – gas motor vehicles,
d – vehicles registered for the first tome abroad (first technical test in country),
e – vehicles reported by the traffic control (police) to be tested after accident, collision or with the technical defects, – vehicles with the modifications,
f – amateur built vehicles and antique vehicles.

Licenses to the named persons.

The technical tests in our Vehicle Control Station are carried out only by the diagnosticians with the license issued by the Starosty of the Olsztyn City to a named person.

Scope of services

Technical test performed in the Station consists in checking the vehicle compliance with the technical requirements and its necessary equipment as defined in the respective regulations (The Ordinance of The Minister of Infrastructure of 31st December 2002,  (Dz. U. No. 32 of 2003, item. 262).
The particular operations carried out by a diagnostician during the test comply with the Appendix No. 1 to the Ordinance of Minister of Infrastructure of 16th December 2003, on the scope and method of performing the technical tests (Dz. U, No. 227 of 2003, item. 2250).

Fees

For the performed technical tests the statutory fees are charged as listed in the Fees Table in the Ordinance of the Minister of Infrastructure from 25th January 2002 (Dz. U. No.10 of 2002, item. 98).
In case of making the record in the registration book with the term of next technical tests, since 2004 the additional fixed fee in the amount 2 PLN is obligatory (Dz. U. No.227 of 2003r, item. 2254).

Workshop

At the station there is workshop, where some of repair can be done, so that the vehicle leaving the station will be fit for use.

Auspices under the Station

The Vehicle Control Station NOL-01 runs within the framework of the Polish Board of Vehicle Control Station.

Diagnostic devices and software

All devices and equipment have certificates of the Motor Transport Institute in Warsaw, necessary authentication certificates issued by the Central Office of Measure, and are subject to the periodic tests carried out by authorized services of the manufacturers. The diagnosticians who perform the tests all have valid licenses.
